• Normal hockey rules are to apply
• Games will be played 25 mins each way, total time per game is 50 mins. Start times 7pm & 8pm PROMPT!!!
• Teams must consist of 5 men & 5 women plus a goalkeeper.
• First named teams must provide the match ball.
• Second named team to change if colours clash.
• All games must start promptly, if a game starts late it must be played short and finish at the stipulated time.
• All teams must provide an umpire. If not, a player must stand down. Failure to comply with this will result in a 5-0 win to the opposition.
• If a team fails to fulfil a fixture or is over 10 minutes late, they forfeit the match by 5-0.
